Who we are
The operator of Flow Procurement is the controller of demo request data. Contact: hello@flowprocurement.com.
What we collect
Through the demo form we collect your name, work email, company, job title, company size, message and consent time. For security we store a salted hash of the IP address and a truncated browser user agent. We also record the source page and request host.
Purposes and legal bases
We use these details to respond to your request and prepare a contract, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Our legitimate interests in B2B communication and security are a basis under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Retention
We retain demo request details for up to 24 months after last contact, or until an objection or deletion request. We assess requests in light of any legal obligations that require retention.
Recipients
Hosting and infrastructure providers acting as processors, such as cloud hosting and content delivery providers, may process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Where providers process data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO, in Poland. Contact us to exercise your rights.
Cookies and storage
Marketing pages set no cookies and use no analytics. The application at /ui uses only storage strictly necessary for sign-in and preferences.
Data in the application
Customer data in subscriptions is processed under a separate agreement.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or its processing changes. The last updated date identifies the current version.
